Why is there such a difference in pricing from the five contractors I received pricing from?

This is a common question. The truth is many painters are guessing at the cost of the job. Many painters have never been trained in estimating quantites and hours that it will take to perform a job. Often they take the square footage of the building and multiply that by a fixed number i.e. $.50, $1.00, $1.25. A contractor (not a painter) will calculate materials and labor hours to give you a value for your project.

We do not guess at the cost of your project, because we know the value of your project.
